jmmm Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jmmm" / "we" / "us"refers to jmmm, the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://jmmm.asia and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform"means the jmmm website, mobile-optimized site, software, tools, games, and all services offered through jmmm.asia.
• "Player" / "you"means any individual who registers an account on the jmmm Platform and uses the services in any capacity, including browsing, depositing, betting, or withdrawing funds.
• "Account"means the registered account held by a Player on the jmmm Platform, comprising a unique username, password, and associated wallet balance.
• "Wallet"means the unified balance held within a Player's jmmm Account, used to place bets and receive winnings across all game categories on the Platform.
• "Bonus"means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive credited to a Player's Account by jmmm under specific promotional conditions.
• "KYC"means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jmmm before processing withdrawals, which involves the submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "PHP" / "₱"refers to the Philippine Peso, the primary currency used for transactions on the jmmm Platform.

By accessing, browsing, or using the jmmm Platform in any manner — including registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a Bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and jmmm. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with jmmm's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference herein and form part of the complete agreement between you and jmmm.

Use of the jmmm Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in all forms of online gambling in the Philippines as mandated by applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of or be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of jmmm or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jmmm Platform or any affiliated platform.

jmmm reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be verified. Any funds deposited by an ineligible Player shall be returned, with all associated bets and winnings rendered void.

To access the full functionality of the jmmm Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and management:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the jmmm Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any additional information requested during KYC verification.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. jmmm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify jmmm immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of your Account security.
• KYC Verification: jmmm requires identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, SSS ID, or UMID) as part of the KYC process.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jmmm's customer support. Outstanding balances will be returned to you upon successful KYC verification, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.

jmmm accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The following terms apply to all deposits made on the jmmm Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. Specific payment methods may have higher minimums; these are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account.
• Processing Time: Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your jmmm Wallet instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or UnionBank may take up to one (1) business day to credit, subject to the processing schedule of the sending institution.
• Your Own Funds: You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud or theft, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• No Third-Party Deposits: You may not accept deposits into your jmmm Wallet from third parties. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Currency: All deposits are processed and held in Philippine Peso. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• Deposit Limits: jmmm supports player-set deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming tools. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings at any time.

Withdrawal of funds from your jmmm Wallet is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• KYC Requirement: Your Account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement; once verified, future withdrawals are processed without repeated document submission unless jmmm has reason to request re-verification.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: jmmm targets a processing time of 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya, Coins.ph) from the time of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Same-Method Withdrawal: jmmm reserves the right to return withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, as an anti-money laundering control measure.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your Account. jmmm reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable notice.
• Pending Bonus Wagering: If you have an active Bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, withdrawals may be restricted until those requirements have been met. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each Bonus are detailed in the individual promotion terms.

jmmm offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as the specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, jmmm Players may only hold one active Bonus at a time. Claiming a new Bonus while a previous Bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the previous Bonus and any associated winnings that have not yet cleared the wagering requirement.
• Bonus Abuse: jmmm reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus — and any winnings derived from it — where jmmm reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of systematic betting strategies to meet wagering requirements at low risk.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are only available to Players who hold a single, verified Account and who have not previously violated these Terms & Conditions. jmmm reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the specified validity window, and wagering requirements not completed within the applicable timeframe, will expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet without further notice.
• Amendments: jmmm reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not materially disadvantage Players who have already accepted a Bonus in good faith.

The following terms govern gameplay, bet placement, and the resolution of game outcomes on the jmmm Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on the jmmm Platform is subject to its own rules, published within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of a particular game, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters related to gameplay; these Terms & Conditions shall prevail for all other matters.
• Technical Malfunctions: jmmm accepts no liability for any bet placed or game played during a period of technical malfunction or system error. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, jmmm reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the Player's Wallet.
• Minimum & Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and per session. These limits are displayed within each game interface and are subject to change.
• Erroneous Odds or Payouts: In the event that an obviously incorrect or erroneous odds quotation, payout ratio, or game outcome is published due to a technical or human error, jmmm reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous rate and settle bets at the correct rate, or to cancel the bet and return the staked amount.
• Final Decisions: All decisions made by jmmm regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, and dispute resolution are final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms & Conditions.

jmmm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all jmmm Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, the Player's Account is temporarily restricted from further betting within the applicable period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session time reminders that notify them of elapsed playing time at configurable intervals.
• Reality Checks: At regular intervals during a session, jmmm will display a summary of the Player's gaming activity, including net session result and time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period.
• Third-Party Support: Players who are concerned about their gambling behavior are encouraged to seek help through PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources or by calling the NCMH Crisis Hotline at 1553.

jmmm regards the provision of these tools as a fundamental obligation — not merely a regulatory compliance exercise. We encourage all Players to use them proactively.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jmmm Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per person, including accounts held under different names or email addresses.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or jmmm employees for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform's systems to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward jmmm staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or technical infrastructure of the jmmm Platform.

All intellectual property rights in and to the jmmm Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "jmmm", the jmmm logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and all other content — are the exclusive property of jmmm or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, license, or title to any intellectual property owned by or licensed to jmmm. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jmmm Platform without the express prior written consent of jmmm.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jmmm's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jmmm Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jmmm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if jmmm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jmmm shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions to the extent that such failure is caused by events beyond jmmm's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit jmmm's liability for death or personal injury caused by jmmm's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jmmm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where jmmm reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The Account is or may be involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise illegal activity.
• Continuation of the Account poses a risk to jmmm's compliance obligations, reputation, or financial integrity.
• The Player has violated applicable Philippine laws or regulations in connection with their use of the Platform.

Upon Account termination, jmmm will conduct a review of the Account's transaction history. Any balance remaining in the Account that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms & Conditions will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method or such other method as jmmm determines, following completion of KYC verification.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jmmm's customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by the Player to jmmm.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any dispute as to their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to first exhaust jmmm's internal complaints procedure by contacting the jmmm customer support team in writing. jmmm commits to acknowledging all formal written complaints within three (3) business days and to providing a full response within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

jmmm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where any amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, jmmm will provide notice via the email address associated with your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the jmmm Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the jmmm Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting jmmm's customer support prior to the effective date.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

When submitting a formal complaint, please include your full registered name, Account username, the nature of your complaint, and any relevant dates or transaction references. This will allow jmmm's support team to locate your Account and address your concern as efficiently as possible.

All formal written complaints are logged, acknowledged within three (3) business days, and resolved within fifteen (15) business days of receipt, except in complex cases where additional investigation may be required. jmmm will keep you informed of the progress of any ongoing investigation.
